Why no fixed price list
A "standard" install on a single VM is very different from a multi-tenant deployment with RAG on a million-document knowledge base, CRM/ERP integration, observability and 24/7 SLA. Publishing fixed prices would be misleading: we'd be quoting the package, not the value for your business.
Engagement models
We work in three main models: one-off project (install + configuration + handover), continuous service (monthly maintenance, support, evolutions) and managed hosting (we run the infrastructure, you use the agent). Each model has its scope and depth.
What drives the price
Chosen infrastructure (cloud, on-premise, hybrid), number and complexity of integrations, expected volumes, security and compliance requirements (GDPR, NIS2, sector-specific), SLA level, RAG knowledge-base depth, team training and post-handover support.
How the consultation works
We start with a free discovery call (30-45 minutes) to understand your context. Then a written proposal with scope, phases, timeline and pricing. No commitment: the proposal is yours to use as you see fit.
Payments and invoicing
We operate through Studio Synapse (VAT IT13965140968). Invoicing in EUR, payments via bank transfer or Stripe. Installation projects typically use deposit + milestone payments; continuous services use monthly or quarterly fees.
Transparency and standard clauses
No prolonged lock-in: knowledge base and configurations are yours. Custom skill code is yours. We document everything and hand over complete documentation at project end.
