Scope

These terms govern the use of the hermesagentexperts.com website and the Hermes Agent installation, configuration and maintenance services offered by Hermes Agent Experts, a service by Studio Synapse.

Services offered

Services include audit, installation, custom configuration, maintenance, support and training related to Hermes Agent. Details, pricing and SLAs are defined in a separate contract or quote agreed with the client.

Contact requests

By sending a request via email, the user authorises us to process the provided data solely to respond to the request, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, code, logos and graphics, is owned by Studio Synapse or licensed. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

Studio Synapse is not liable for damages arising from improper use of the website, temporary service interruptions or third-party information. Hermes Agent services are provided as agreed with the client.

Changes

These terms may be modified at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Last updated: June 2026.

Applicable law

Any dispute relating to these terms is governed by Italian law and the competent court is Trento, unless mandatory provisions require otherwise.
